Wij zijn maandag t/m vrijdag telefonisch bereikbaar tussen 08.30-11.30 uur, 12.00-13.00 uur en 13.30-17.00 uur.
Wij nemen momenteel geen nieuwe patiënten aan.
Wij proberen u de beste zorg te verlenen, persoonlijk, telefonisch of op afstand( zoals e-consulten, e-recepten, inzage in uw dossier en video bellen).
Er is geen inloopspreekuur meer.
Mocht u willen video bellen of een afspraak willen op het avondspreekuur, kunt u dat aangeven bij de assistente, dan zal zij een afspraak maken voor u.
Het patiëntenportaal Uw Zorg Online is niet meer in gebruik.

Staat u bij ons ingeschreven maar heeft u hiervoor nog geen account, neem dan contact met de praktijk, de assistente kan u een email sturen met daarin een activatielink.
U kunt dan:
- Medische gegeven inzien (bijv. laboratorium uitslagen)
- Herhaalrecepten bestellen
- Vragen stellen (korte eenvoudige vragen, GEEN SPOED-EISENDE VRAGEN)

You can reach us by phone from monday to friday from 08.00-11.30, 12.00-13.00 and 13.30-17.00.
We are currently not accepting new patients.
We strive to provide you the best care, whether in person, by telephone, or remotely (such as e-consultations, e-prescriptions, access to your file, and video calls).
We no longer have walk-in consultation hours.
If you would like to have a video call or make an appointment for the evening consultation hours, please let the assistant know and she will make an appointment for you.
